- Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Claims are only open to Australian dental practices who are existing customers of Henry Schein Halas and who have an account with Henry Schein Halas (“Eligible Business”).
- The Promoter is Henry Schein Halas of 44 O’Dea Avenue, Waterloo NSW 2017 (ABN 83 132 312 515).
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Businesses (including place of employment of an authorised representative and proof of Business ownership if necessary) and to disqualify any Eligible Business who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- To be eligible to receive KaVo Kash, an authorised representative of the Eligible Business must purchase any Participating KaVo Product (as defined below) from either the Henry Schein Halas Sales Centre on 1300 65 88 22, via their Henry Schein Halas territory manager or through WEBSHOP between 01/05/10 and 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/10.

- Eligible Businesses will receive $1 KaVo Kash into their KaVo Kash account for every $1 that has been spent on the Participating KaVo Products between 01/05/10 and 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/10 (“Earn Period”). For the removal of doubt; if the Eligible Business purchases $1,000 of Participating KaVo Products during the Earn Period the Eligible Business will receive $1,000 KaVo Kash into their KaVo Kash account.
- To redeem the KaVo Kash, an authorised representative of the Eligible Business must then purchase any Participating KaVo Product between 01/10/10 and 11:59pm AEDST 31/03/11 (“Redemption Period”). KaVo Kash can be used for up to 50% of their transaction $ amount purchased from either the Henry Schein Halas Sales Centre or via their Henry Schein Halas territory manager during the Redemption Period. For the removal of doubt; if the Eligible Business has received $1,000 in KaVo Kash during the Earn Period, and then purchased $2,000 worth of Participating KaVo Products during the Redemption Period then the Eligible Business can redeem up to $1,000 of their KaVo Kash. Any unused KaVo Kash will remain in the Eligible Businesses’ account until 31/03/11, after this date all KaVo Kash will expire.
- Purchases and redemptions of the KaVo Kash will be reflected in the Eligible Business’s KaVo Kash account up to 24 hours after the transaction is made.
- Authorised representatives of the Eligible Business will be able to visit www.kavokash.com.au and log in using its Henry Schein Halas account number at any time during both the Earn Period and Redemption Period to view the Eligible Businesses KaVo Kash account.
- Eligible Businesses can also receive an additional $200 KaVo Kash during both the Earn Period and Redemption Period. To receive an additional $200 KaVo Kash an authorised representative of the Eligible Business must visit www.kavokash.com.au, follow the prompts to the relevant page, input the requested details including their full name Eligible Business account number and email address and submit by 11:59pm AEDST on 31/03/11. By submitting the requested details the Eligible Business will receive an additional $200 KaVo Kash. Eligible Businesses can only receive the additional $200 KaVo Kash on one (1) occasion.
- Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- KaVo Kash is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Business; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Business’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Eligible Business; or (f) use of KaVo Kash.
- The Promoter collects personal information from the authorised representative in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the authorised representative of the Eligible Business. Authorised representatives should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
